Abbiamo trascorso 6gg bellissimi sentondoci come a casa nostra.La posizione del b&b è invidiabile, in una zona molto centrale dalla quale tutto è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi!La stanza era molto confortevole e pulita così come tutto il b&b!Grazie per l'ospitalità a Filomena e alla dolcissima e bravissima Dana!A presto!

Il posto è veramente bello, ben curato ed accogliente...proprio com'essere a casa propria!Inoltre è in una posizione bellissima, tutte le mete più importanti si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi ed è pieno di bei locali nella vicinissima Campo de' Fiori.Un grazie per l'ospitalità a Filomena e alla gentile signora che, a causa di un nostro ritardo, ci ha aspettato un pò all'arrivo e che ogni mattina ci ha preparato la colazione .Contiamo di tornare presto a trovarvi!Un saluto...Consuelo e Thomas

Inand Out è un posto delizioso eaccogliente, la colazione è abbondantissima. Siamo stati benissimo e poi è nel cuore di Roma, Campo de' Fiori è veramente molto carina e piena di vita. Un grazie particolare ad Alessandra Filomena e la Sig.ra Dana sempre così cortese. A presto!

la chambre spatieuse a beaucoup de charme (nous avions la suite rose), l'accueil est sympathique, et surtout, c'est très très bien situé. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre chaleureux

Ciao! We love Roma! This was out third visit and this bed and breakfast made our weekend in Rome AMAZING! The amazing location made our short stay worth it! We walked to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and then to the Trevi! It was great! The staff was amazing and went very out of their way to make us very comfortable! We'll be staying here again!!!

03-11-07: Ron Hokemeyer and Mark Emmel - We had a great stay at In and Out B&B in September. Alessandra and Filomena are delightful hosts and we very much enjoyed meeting them. The inn is lovely, the rooms are modern and nicely decorated. The inn has a terrific location - close to everything but off the main drag. The breakfasts are more plentiful than many places we stayed in Italy. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Un B&B charmant dans un quartier idéal. L'accueil est sympa et efficace, les cornetti délicieux et la chambre rose très propre et cosy. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Seuls points négatifs : on est mal installé pour prendre le pdj et les 3 étages à monter sont rebutants après une longue journée de marche !

Abbiamo passato una vacanza veramente bella, inandout è veramente delizioso, curato in ogni particolare, pulito con ogni tipo di comfort, senza parlare dell'ubicazione, centrale con ogni servizio a portata di mano e soprattutto molta vita notturna, Alessandra e Filomena sono 2 proprietarie magnifiche, accoglienti simpatiche e sempre pronte a dare consigli.

Great B&B, prime location if you want to be right in the centre, Filo and Ale were great hosts. Rooms have dim lighting which goes with the ambience of the place, but a little more light could be useful. Otherwise, absolutely great. Look forward to staying there again!

Nel centro di roma a pochissimi passi da campo dei fiori una sistemazione stupenda calda e calorosa, colori bruniti accesi, sobria eleganza. Finalmente abbiamo trovato un posto dove ritornare Filomena è simpaticissima e romanissima, Ale altrettanto anche se l'abbiamo sentita solo per telefono, ecco perchè dobbiamo ritornare, per conoscerti,ciao ragazze e complimenti!Grazie di tutto!Invece ora sono già qui in ufficio con un pezzo de roma nel cuore.

Excellent stay for the three days. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hosts very welcoming. Very well located for all the sight seeing. Only minor problem is the lack of elevator but we did have exceptional baggage! look forward to coming back again!
