We stayed in InandOut for two weeks on December 2009 - January 2010. The location is perfect! And the staff is very friendly. Next time we come to Rome we will undoubtedly stay at B&B InAndOut. That is the right place in Rome!

We had a great stay here in Rome. The location is hard to beat and the B&B is very clean and nicely decorated. Plus we met some fun people which makes it even better than staying at a generic hotel.

La posizione del B&B è idilliaca!!a due passi da Campo de' Fiori e da Trastevere!La stanza (suite Rosa) è davvero ben arredata e siamo stati benissimo!!abbiamo passato cinque giorni fantastici a Roma, è una città stupenda!!infatti mi manca già e presto ci ritornerò...e sicuramente in questo fantastico B&B!

Nous avons passé 6 jours très agréables : B&B bien placé et propre. Et bien évidemment il y a la gentillesse de Filomena. Abbiamo passato una settimana favolosa: la collocazione è ottima, le camere sono carine e pulite. E, ovviamente, c'è la gentilezza di Filomena che fa la differenza!

We had a great time in Rome and decided to stay an extra night.. The B&B was great! Excellent location! The room was huge and the table under the window was a great place to have lunch and watch the day go by...(and the vino!) I would highly recommend this place! Thanks Filomena! Fantastico, ci è piaciuto un sacco! Bel posto in posizione strategica; Filomena la titolare è più che ospitale e disponibile, Dana la Sig.ra che ci preparava la colazione, ci mancherà con i suoi croissant, come li chiamiamo qui al nord (cornetti a Roma). Torneremo sicuramente e mi sa che prenoteremo molto presto, perchè con tutti questi feedback positivi non vogliamo rischiare di rimanere Out!

Ciao! We love Roma! This was out third visit and this bed and breakfast made our weekend in Rome AMAZING! The amazing location made our short stay worth it! We walked to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and then to the Trevi! It was great! The staff was amazing and went very out of their way to make us very comfortable! We'll be staying here again!!!

03-11-07: Ron Hokemeyer and Mark Emmel - We had a great stay at In and Out B&B in September. Alessandra and Filomena are delightful hosts and we very much enjoyed meeting them. The inn is lovely, the rooms are modern and nicely decorated. The inn has a terrific location - close to everything but off the main drag. The breakfasts are more plentiful than many places we stayed in Italy. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Un B&B charmant dans un quartier idéal. L'accueil est sympa et efficace, les cornetti délicieux et la chambre rose très propre et cosy. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Seuls points négatifs : on est mal installé pour prendre le pdj et les 3 étages à monter sont rebutants après une longue journée de marche !

Abbiamo passato una vacanza veramente bella, inandout è veramente delizioso, curato in ogni particolare, pulito con ogni tipo di comfort, senza parlare dell'ubicazione, centrale con ogni servizio a portata di mano e soprattutto molta vita notturna, Alessandra e Filomena sono 2 proprietarie magnifiche, accoglienti simpatiche e sempre pronte a dare consigli.

Great B&B, prime location if you want to be right in the centre, Filo and Ale were great hosts. Rooms have dim lighting which goes with the ambience of the place, but a little more light could be useful. Otherwise, absolutely great. Look forward to staying there again!

Nel centro di roma a pochissimi passi da campo dei fiori una sistemazione stupenda calda e calorosa, colori bruniti accesi, sobria eleganza. Finalmente abbiamo trovato un posto dove ritornare Filomena è simpaticissima e romanissima, Ale altrettanto anche se l'abbiamo sentita solo per telefono, ecco perchè dobbiamo ritornare, per conoscerti,ciao ragazze e complimenti!Grazie di tutto!Invece ora sono già qui in ufficio con un pezzo de roma nel cuore.

Excellent stay for the three days. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hosts very welcoming. Very well located for all the sight seeing. Only minor problem is the lack of elevator but we did have exceptional baggage! look forward to coming back again!
